The “Where Is My Stuff?” Bit

First of all, thank you for ordering from Loralai Lake! Every piece you buy helps support an independent artist, not a giant faceless machine, and that means a ridiculous amount.

Because I create small-batch artwork rather than mass-produced piles of clothing, your items may come to you in a couple of different ways depending on what you’ve ordered.

Apparel, Wearables & Homeware

All clothing, accessories and homeware items (including T-shirts, tote bags, and other printed products) are custom made to order by my print-on-demand partner, Inkthreadable UK.

This means your item is created especially for you after you place your order - no overproduction, no dusty warehouse shelves, and no unnecessary waste (yay!). It does mean that your order needs a little extra time to be made before it begins its journey to you.

Once your order has been printed and quality checked, Inkthreadable will dispatch it directly from their UK fulfilment centre.

Inkthreadable Shipping

Inkthreadable aims to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Production times can vary depending on the product and how busy their studio is, but most orders are usually dispatched within a few working days.

Delivery times after dispatch are estimated as follows:

• UK Standard Delivery: Usually delivered within a few working days after dispatch.

• International Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processes.

Please remember that these are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally, the postal gremlins get involved, and delays can happen that are outside of anyone’s control.

Stickers & Small Handmade Items

Some smaller items, such as stickers, are sent directly from me - because apparently I needed an excuse to personally pack tiny pieces of rebellion and send them out into the world.

These items will be dispatched within 2–3 working days (hopefully sooner if I can wrestle my way through the packing pile!) and will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post.

Please allow normal Royal Mail delivery times after dispatch.

A Few Things To Remember

• Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. I can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.

• If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on where they are being fulfilled from.

• International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import fees, or local taxes that may apply.
