The Not-So-Boring Returns Bit

Hey, thanks for supporting an independent artist!

Every Loralai Lake piece is created with a lot of love, questionable amounts of coffee, and a little bit of rebellion. As a tiny independent business, I don’t have the same resources as big companies with warehouses full of stock, so I have to keep my returns policy a little different.

Because each item is made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges simply because you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the colour isn’t quite what you expected. I know (boring admin stuff) but it’s what allows me to keep creating artwork without mountains of waste and leftover stock.

What if something goes wrong?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or there is an issue with the printing, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the problem

• Photographic evidence showing the fault or printing issue

Once I have the details, I’ll contact my print-on-demand partner, Inkthreadable, to investigate and arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.

Please double-check your size, colour choice, and delivery details before completing your order. I want you to love your Loralai Lake piece, but I can only fix problems caused by faults or mistakes with the product itself.
